I have introduced Cakes by Shelley's Couture Cupcakes - unique ideas I have come up with on my travels and adventure.  Each cupcake has three components: cake, filing and frosting, as well as some other adornments.  My favorite was inspired by this most delicious dessert I had in Hawaii -  a Peanut Butter & Chocolate Mousse with Strawberry Compote -PB&J.
